Call for Papers: 2024 Religious Studies Writing Prize for Best Undergraduate Paper or Project

2024 Religious Studies Writing Prize for Best Undergraduate Paper or Project

The Religious Studies Department announces its ninth annual Prize for Best Undergraduate Paper or Project competition to showcase student work and to recognize academic excellence and creativity in Religious Studies. We accept submissions of both academic papers and projects in other formats, including presentations, videos, TED talks, or art (with a written description). Papers will be judged on readability, clarity of writing, and originality in the study of religion. Projects in other media will be judged on the seriousness and originality of their engagement with a topic in the study of religion.

The winning entry will receive $200 gift certificate to the UCD Bookstore and be featured on the RST website. The award for Best Undergraduate Paper will be presented at our RST spring graduation party.
